In the plastic processing and packaging sector, quality is a critical engineering parameter that cannot be left to chance. At Erk-Han, with our deep-rooted production experience dating back to 05.11.2016, we transform the concept of "high quality" into concrete, measurable, and reproducible scientific data. To ensure zero-defect tolerance in your production lines (extrusion, injection, blow molding), our R&D and Quality Control processes are equipped with international standards:

High Technology & Spectrophotometric Analysis

We balance tonal deviations beyond human eye perception within ΔE tolerance limits using advanced spectrophotometers, and perform metamerism tests under D65, TL84, and UV light sources.

Rheological & Thermal Stability

The Melt Flow Index (MFI/MVR) of every batch we produce is measured in our laboratory. Erk-Han masterbatches support homogeneous melt viscosity without fluctuating screw pressure and prevent thermal degradation at high process temperatures.

Physical & Chemical Characterization

The ratios of inorganic pigments and mineral fillers are verified in our high-precision ash furnaces. Moisture levels are controlled at the ppm level to eliminate the risk of hydrolytic degradation.

Flawless Dispersion & Traceability

Agglomeration is prevented through Filter Pressure Value (FPV) and microscopic analyses. Every lot produced offers full backward traceability via our ERP system and is shipped with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA). With our professionalism and advanced engineering infrastructure ongoing since 05.11.2016, we go beyond standard product supply to design tailor-made, innovative formulations specifically for your company.
