What is Desiccant / Anti-Gas Masterbatch?

We produce high-performance anti-gas and desiccant systems to eliminate pores, voids, and surface defects encountered in plastic processing, especially in the use of recycled polymers and moisture-sensitive raw materials. The high-purity active calcium oxide components in our formulations chemically bind the moisture within the polymer melt, preventing gas and vapor formation at high temperatures. These series, prepared at a microscopic dispersion level using advanced engineering techniques in our production facilities, completely eliminate problems such as silver streaking, fish eyes, and tearing in processes like film extrusion and injection molding.

We offer professional solutions that maximize production efficiency in recycling lines while ensuring excellent surface smoothness and mechanical integrity in your products.

Recommended Dosage

  • In standard productions with low moisture content: 1.0% - 2.0%
  • In film extrusion (to prevent tearing and fish eyes): 1.5% - 3.0%
  • In processing high-moisture and recycled (PCR/PIR) materials: 2.0% - 5.0%
