Every sample that reaches us from our customers is registered in our system and archived with a special sample code on the day it arrives at our company. In every stage of this sensitive process, our high-tech laboratory and production devices are calibrated in regular periods in accordance with international standards.
Our expert laboratory team works meticulously on this sample with our fully calibrated devices, approves the formula with a guarantee of color deviation not exceeding 1 percent, and proceeds to mass production. Even if years pass, every production batch coming out of Erk-Han facilities is given a special lot number. A witness sample of every lot produced is kept under special conditions in accordance with the principle of unwavering quality assurance and retroactive traceability.
