What is Conductive Masterbatch?

We produce advanced engineering grade conductive systems to provide electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and create electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding in plastic parts. Our formulations, which include highly structured conductive carbon black and carbon nanotube technologies, create a permanent electrical network with a low percolation threshold in the polymer matrix. These series, prepared with precise extrusion techniques in our production facilities, adjust the volume and surface resistivity of the final product to the desired ohm levels, providing explosion and spark protection fully compliant with ATEX directives.

In applications requiring critical safety, from automotive fuel systems to electronic packaging and industrial conveyor belts, we offer homogeneous dispersion and absolute electrical stability without reducing the mechanical strength of the polymer.

Recommended Dosage

  • In antistatic and electrostatic dissipative applications: 5.0% - 15.0%
  • In parts requiring conductivity and ESD protection (ATEX compliant): 15.0% - 25.0%
