Dosage & Cost Calculator

Enter your monthly output and let-down ratio to instantly see the masterbatch quantity, number of bags and cost. Choose a product to apply its recommended ratios with one click.

Total mix of polymer + masterbatch.
Example: 2 → 2 kg masterbatch in every 100 kg of mix.
Allowance for start-up, adjustment and trimming losses. Leave empty if unknown.
Used for the cost calculation.

Concentration comparison

A more concentrated masterbatch can lower the total cost even at a higher price per kg, because it is used at a lower ratio. The ratio and price above are taken as “Option A”; enter the second option here.

Results are indicative; the final formulation and let-down ratio are confirmed by our laboratory. The tools run in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to or stored on our server. A ready-made message is created only when you press a send button.
